Join us for our monthly clay workshop where we learn different techniques and explore a variety of clay crafts. This program is meant to create a structured learning environment for tweens to be creative while collaborating with others.
We will be making clay fossils
Take advantage of the warm, sunny days and join Michael, the Children's Librarian, for a day of making sun prints. We will use pressed flowers, transparencies with fun pictures and anything you want to bring to make silhouette pictures using a camera-less photo process.

Join Michael, Octavia Field Library Branch's Children's Librarian, for an hour of nursery rhymes, storytelling, arts & crafts and playtime. We'll talk, sing, write, read and play, and your toddler age kiddos will have so much fun that they won't even realize they are gaining valuable pre-literacy skills. Ages 0-5.

Bring your items to mend. Use our makerspace sewing machines to mend and/or create your own items.
You must already know how to use the machine. Instruction is not included in this program.
Basic color thread is here, if you need a special color, you must bring it.
