This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutter services within the Harris County Public Library system. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule a time to use a laser cutter at HCPL maker locations. This class is appropriate for patrons ages 12 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Learn about the Chaparral Collection, library databases like Ancestry and Fold3, and explore the FamilySearch Affiliate Library resources available to help you break down brick walls. If possible, bring specific research goals and questions, as well as database logins and family tree information, and let's see what we can accomplish together.
