Join us each week for Toddler Story Time!
This program features stories, songs, rhymes, and movements designed to promote early literacy skills. Our 30-minute program will conclude with a brief, age-appropriate craft.
Toddler Story Time is intended for kids ages 1-3 years old and their caregivers.
Please note that we cannot accommodate large groups such as daycares. Contact us at ev@hcpl.net to schedule a large group visit. Thank you!

Immerse yourself in a whirlwind of whimsical stories, catchy tunes, and playful rhymes that will bring joy to little ones' faces. Join us at the HCPL Stratford Branch Library for
Tiny Tots Storytime with other toddlers and parents/caregivers.
Storytime fosters early literacy skills and a love for reading in a cozy, welcoming environment. Books, stories, songs, movements and group play time. Come and develop your child’s early literacy skills in this supportive, community environment.
Pop-in play is a one-hour guided opportunity for parents to connect with their child through play! This themed activity will feature special toys, set-ups, and crafts in our Family Place play area. This event is for children ages 1-5 years and their caregiver. This month's theme is: "Our Community Table."
No registration is required; supplies may be limited.
This story time includes stories, songs and activities. Children are invited to wear their pajamas and bring a favorite blanket or stuffed animal!
Surprise! Each child may choose one free book to take home at the end of the program!
Tickets are required for all programs, unless otherwise noted. They are free and available starting 30 minutes before the program begins at the Kid's Information Desk. Tickets are limited and offered on a first come first served basis.
