Teens! Need service hours? Wanting to support and show up for the community? Pick up your volunteer application packet the last week of every month to attend the volunteer orientation. Apply to be a volunteer at the library this summer, and help support the community for Summer Reading Program at the HCPL-West U. Branch Library! Join us for a two-day creative workshop where teens will design phone pals out of clay that stick to your phone, laptop, or other surfaces for a fun personalized touch!

On day one, participants will sculpt and customize their creations, then return the next day to paint, decorate, and finish their dried designs.

For teens in grades 6-12. No registration required.

Join us for a DINO-MITE film festival every Friday.

1:00 to 3:30 p.m., kids under 10 can enjoy fun, age-appropriate dinosaur themed cartoons and movies.

3:30 to 6:00 p.m., tweens and adults can experience thrilling dinosaur adventures.

It's a ROARING good time for all ages!

Join Jacinto City in this month's Pokémon Craft - Lego Stamp Art! 

Use Legos and paint to create your own Pikachu! Use craft materials to then decorate and style it. 

Come hang out and chill while crafting and coloring.

All Ages welcome!

No registration required. Limited supplies available and supplies will be given out until we run out

Do you like to paint? Would you like to try out painting? 

We will be using 8.5x11 canvases. All materials provided. Freestyle painting is a great way to express yourself and have fun!

Programs are always free and made possible by our Friends of the Fairbanks Library. Teen programs are designed for middle schoolers and high schoolers.
