Join us at for a sensory-friendly yoga and meditation session designed to help teens reduce stress, build confidence, and recharge through mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation.
No experience needed.
All props and mats provided.
Waivers will be available at the front desk 15 minutes before program start time. All participants must have a parent/guardian signed waiver on file for entry.

Want to learn how to make a special star? Join us the Stratford Library and learn how to make Waldorf Stars! These stars can be used to decorate during the holiday season. This program will be happening throughout the day, so don't worry about rushing to the library. We hope to see you and your creativity!
Looking for a relaxing, hands-on program? Stop by the library at 4:30 PM to create some Beaded Snowflakes! Take some time to get crafty and connect with other community members during this program. All supplies will be provided and snacks will be available for all attendees!
Join us for our 3D Printer Orientation!
This orientation session will instruct participants on using the 3D printer in the library . Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a 3D printer at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a 3D printer. Attendees will receive the 3D printer and Dremel 3D45 badges in Beanstack upon completion of orientation.
Teens and tweens ages 11 - 17 are invited to a social hour with games, crafts, and fun! Registration is not required—feel free to drop in!

Express yourself with the beauty of watercolors! In this beginner-friendly program, we'll learn techniques and skills to make beautiful art. Learn the basics of wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry painting, brush strokes, and color blending and theory. This program builds each week with new techniques, so regular attendance is encouraged. All supplies provided.
