It's that time again! Book Buddies is a FREE literacy program that brings teens and children (Kinder-3rd) together to share the joy of reading. This is a 10 week program that meets once a week for 45 minutes. Our first meeting will be September 11th so sign up now! For more information click here.

Express Children's Theatre presents AN ART CLASS FOR KIDS WITH FRIDA KAHLO, commissioned by Rothko Chapel.
Thanks to a time-bending twist, the iconic artist Frida Kahlo will travel from 1940s Mexico to lead an art class for Galena Park families! Materials will include crayons and colored pencils and everyone will get a chance to make self-portraits and learn about Frida in the process. Great for all ages!

You're invited to attend Story Time every Tuesday at 11 am.
Story Time is a great way for children to build early literacy skills with stories, rhymes and songs. Parents are encouraged to participate by sitting with children and singing (and learning!) new songs.
Last half hour is craft time!
Children of all ages are welcome.
