Join us in creating a community quilt to celebrate America 250! Community members are welcome to design their own quilt square with colorful designs. Join us at this special Preschool Story Time for a 30-minute singing and storytelling presentation of Tess Weaver's Opera Cat by a teaching artist from the Houston Grand Opera! Opera Cat is a humorous, heartwarming story about a special relationship between a cat and her owner. Alma the cat lives with Madame SoSo, an opera diva. When Madame rehearses, Alma softly sings along.
