The Zone program space will open for lo-fi hang out, study, and board games for a couple hours after school. Music and snacks may be provided.
Get ready for a magical adventure with John O’Bryant’s 2026 Summer Reading Magic Show! This all-new performance is packed with mind-blowing magic, dazzling illusions, and plenty of laugh-out-loud surprises. Come see the impossible happen right before your eyes!
John O’Bryant is a featured family magician at the LOL Comedy Club and a frequent headliner at SeaWorld Adventure Parks.
Join us for an exciting magic show featuring magician Tommy Blaze! This performance is free to attend and recommended for kids of all ages and their families.

Come enjoy some refreshments while helping discuss programs and help make the Zone better for teens and young adults at the library! Earn volunteer hours and explore opportunities to earn more over the summer.
Refreshments provided by the Friends of Freeman Library. Minimum age: 12. Participants will need to have filled out a volunteer application and turned in a completed and signed copy to receive volunteer credit.
Join us for making some rock candy art. Mix and make your own science project to take home and watch it grow. This program is free and recommended for children grades K-5 and their caregivers.
