A Family Board Game Night

Dice, cards, and everything in between! Drop in to A Series of Unfortunate Dice Rolls, a casual family board game night for ages 7-13. Siblings and parents are welcome to join the fun.

Harris County Tax Office wants to help taxpayers lower their tax burden, through protesting their values and applying for exemptions. The Property Tax Workshops will cover how taxes are calculated, types of exemptions available, how to protest your value and payment plans for delinquent taxes.

Aquellos que terminen la orientación podrán pedir tiempo supervisado para utilizar una cortadora láser en cualquier sucursal de HCPL que tenga una. Es necesario asistir a esta orientación antes de poder solicitar tiempo para usar una cortadora láser más adelante.

AARP Tax Aide will once again be available at the Fairbanks Branch Library.  This service will be available  Mondays from 11 am to 3 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm.  Service Begins: Monday, February 2, 2025 – Ends: Monday, April 13, 2025.  No Service on Saturday, April 4 due to Easter Holiday.

This program is free and available to the public.  You do NOT have to be a member of AARP, nor are there income or age limits on who can use this free service.
