Please join us for an English introduction class every Saturday!

This class is designed for students who are interested in learning and /or practicing speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills in English. Classes are free, and all materials are provided

Wiggle, giggle, and read together!
Join other toddlers and their parents or caregivers for weekly Toddler Time Storytime every Thursday at 10:15 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. Each session features age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays designed to encourage early literacy, movement, and fun interaction.

This program is specially geared for toddlers ages 18–35 months and their caregivers. No ticket required—just drop in and join the fun!

Occurrence: 2nd & 4th Thursday of the Month (unless otherwise noted)

Time: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Ages: 13-18

Description: Battle, build, and game your way through epic fun with anything from Mario and Magic, to Monopoly — there's something for everyone!

Additional Info: Free! No registration

Join our Tween Book Club here at the Barbara Bush Branch Library! We will discuss a new book every month paired with a fun activity.

The book for April will be Two Degrees by Alan Gratz.

Popcorn is, of course, provided! You may bring you own snacks too.

This event is open to children of all ages. Firefighters from the Houston Fire Department will bring their fire truck to the library parking lot on the Diana Lane side. Children will have the opportunity to meet the firefighters and explore the fire truck.

We will provide activity packs and firefighter helmets for every child attending this program.

• Description: Learn to draw simple animals from numbers and letters.
