Promotes early literacy skills. The program features reading, singing, talking, writing and playing. We will help give you the resources you need to expand your child’s skills, preparing them to read. Recommended for children ages 2-5 years, it features age appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays. Story time is an excellent way to bond with your child, boost their vocabulary, and hopefully raise a lifelong reader. Studies have shown that regularly reading to your child can increase their attention span, boost their emotional intelligence, and flex their imagination.

Welcome to The Yarn Society!

Let's get together and crochet/knit. We enjoy each other's company and even chit chat here and there!

We just started taking on a project of crocheting/knitting ear warmers for a domestic abuse shelter that houses about 100 individuals. We hope to make as many as we can by October. Yarn is provided. If you'd like to help with this project, thats awesome!

If you just wanna come over and work on your own project, thats awesome too!

Hope to see you here. ♥

Books & Banter is a monthly book club that meets on the last Monday of each month to explore books that celebrate and honor the richness of different cultures, movements and milestones. From the inspiring stories of Black History Month and the trailblazing women we recognize during Woman’s History Month to Disability Pride Month and more. Our club delves into diverse perspectives and voices that have shaped the world we live in. With each book we aim to spark meaningful conversations, reflect on history and the joys and struggles of the human experience.
