Are you ready to learn more English? Join this 8-week class! Register in person at High Meadows Branch Library. Register on one of our August Registration Sessions. Classes are every Wednesday from 1-2pm starting September 10th and ending November 19th.

Join us for a 6 week computer class for beginners! Bring your own device if you have one, if not we have laptops to lend out for the class. Learn about using the mouse, keyboard, navigating the internet, saving files, and more! 

Join us for Bilingual Storytime at Jacinto Library Branch for weekly storytime fun!

Bilingual Storytime uses songs, age appropriate stories, and crafts/playtime to engage children and their parents/caregivers.

This program is designed to help promote early literacy skills, support your bond with your child(ren), and hopefully turn your little reader into a life-long reader!

Join us for a 12-week English Class for beginners! If you have not registered for the class, please come 15 minutes before class starts to fill out the registration form on your first day! You can join this class at any time throughout the 12 weeks.

Join the Talk It Up! book club at Kingwood Branch Library in September as we read and discuss Lady Tan's Circle of Women by Lisa See.

Join us for an interactive early literacy experience for infants and their caregivers. This program is geared toward babies newborn-18 months and features songs, books, baby signs and playtime. 

This program is a wonderful way to encourage your child’s language development, early literacy, and connect with other parents!

Space is limited. Please pick up your free tickets at the Children's Reference Desk the morning of the program to gain entry to Baby Sprouts story time. 

Come and join us for a fun children's movie!  Our After School Movie Time is geared for elementary school age children and their caregivers. No registration is required and It is free to attend.

Sorry we cannot accommodate Daycare groups for this program.

Join with other toddlers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Toddler Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.
