Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop for children in grades K-12! They will design and decorate their very own miniature nutcracker using popsicle sticks, paint, and other colorful materials.

All supplies provided — just bring your imagination!

Join us on Wednesdays at 11:00 am for Toddler Story Time! This 30-minute Story Time is designed for toddlers aged 1 to 3 years old. We meet in the children's area to share books, songs, rhymes, and more! After Story Time, the toy cabinets are opened and the children are invited to stay and play. It's a great way to meet other caregivers and give your toddler a chance to socialize. 

Siblings are always welcome. 

We meet in the children's area where the picture books and campfire rug are located. 

No registration or tickets required.

Celebrate DINOvember with us on Wednesday, November 12th at 4:15! We'll learn about the layers of the earth where dinosaur fossils are found and then we'll make our own edible "dirt" cup using cookies, pudding, and other yummy ingredients.

This program is intended for ages 5-9. Registration required. Siblings are welcome but must also be registered. Registration opens on October 29th at noon.

We will use ingredients containing wheat, soy, chocolate, sugar, gelatin, and dairy. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies.

Join us for Pearl's Pages: Evelyn Meador's Book Club! In November, book club members are invited to choose one book which they have recently read and share it with the group. Please limit your presentation on your book to no more than 2-4 minutes.

Join with other babies and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Baby Bookworms uses songs, age appropriate stories, and playtime to engage both babies and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards newborns through 18 months.
