We will host our next crafting event on Thursday, October 15 at 10:15 AM in the upstairs Conference Room. With guidance, participants will make their own jumbo paper clip bookmark. Materials will be provided by the Friends of Freeman Library.
This free event requires sign-up. Registration opens Thursday, October 01 at 12 PM and closes Monday, October 12 at 8 PM. Please contact the Adult Services/Reference Desk at the library or visit our website to register.
A Few Notes on Attendance
- Please arrive on time. We will allow 5 minutes after the program starts before we close the door and will not allow late comers. Exceptions may be made if the program is not full. If you think you might be late, please call us at 832-927-5420 so we can confirm whether you can still participate.
- You are allowed 3 no shows (meaning you did not cancel your sign-up for an event) before you are no longer allowed a spot in Next Chapter registrations for certain events and will be moved to automatically to the waitlist.
- If you are registered and realize you cannot make it to the event, please cancel by 9:15 AM on Thursday, October 15 to remain in good standing.
The Next Chapter is an in-person event/service for adults of all ages where we offer informative and entertaining events presented by staff, the Friends of Freeman Library, and partners from our community.
