TEEN CRAFT: WATERCOLOR PAPER FANS
Join us on Saturday, May 9th at 2:00pm for a creative Teen Craft session focused on artistry, culture, and hands-on fun!
In honor of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, teens will design and paint traditional Japanese-style watercolor paper fans. This workshop is a great opportunity to explore cultural inspiration while experimenting with color, pattern, and design techniques.
What you’ll do:
• Create your own handcrafted watercolor paper fan
• Learn about traditional Japanese fan art and its cultural significance
• Practice and improve watercolor painting skills in a relaxed, creative setting
• Express your personal style through color, texture, and design
Whether you're new to watercolor or looking to sharpen your skills, this session offers a fun and supportive space to create something beautiful and meaningful to take home.
