Join us for introductory Yoga series where we will explore the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga. Participants will practice gentle movement and simple meditation techniques aimed at increasing physical ease and mental clarity. The program will be adapted to the ability levels of those who register, and no prior yoga experience is required.

This series will be led by Hiba Haroon, founder of (un)jaan, a highly experienced trauma-informed yoga therapist and facilitator. She draws on a range of healing modalities to support individuals and groups in strengthening, softening, and healing the mind, body, and spirit.
