In the bustling town of Roarsville, every dinosaur gets to shine in the annual Dino Day Talent Show—except for Shy-a-saurus Rex, a timid young T-Rex with stage fright and a soft voice that barely makes a squeak. Though she has a big imagination and a heart full of dreams, Shy-a-saurus is too nervous to share her talents.
Join the other majestic beasts at this dinosaur-themed tea time! We will have a short story time, an easy dino craft, followed by tea (apple juice) and finger foods (goldfish).
A bashful dinosaur enlists her friends and the audience to help her overcome her shyness and find her voice. The audience learns the importance of courage, confidence, and overcoming personal obstacles from within—with a little help from friends.
Best suited for PreK–5th grade, but designed to be fun and engaging for all ages, including younger children and adults.
Discover how music can tell a story during this interactive program inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
