When you discover a mysterious suitcase filled with expedition tools, you’ll use your imagination and senses to search for dinosaur fossils! Journey through the jungle, dig for bones at an excavation site, rescue dinosaurs from tar pits, and collect dino eggs—just be careful of the earth-shaking volcano! Presented by Brave Little Company.

Magician John O’ Bryant will be visiting Spring Branch Memorial Library for a special after hours Summer Reading Magic Show. It is filled with amazing magic, family-friendly comedy, audience participation, and more incredible surprises! John’s high-energy shows have made him a crowd favorite at libraries across Texas! Come be part of the excitement at the library! This program is geared for ages 3 and up.

Children will enjoy hands-on projects, creativity, and summer fun in this program designed especially for elementary school-aged kids. All supplies provided. No registration required. Join us to create one of a kind cyanotype prints, a special kind of blue photo that is developed by the power of the sun and made with materials that will give your creation a prehistoric twist!
This program is for kids ages 7-12 and is limited to 10 children. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.
Join us for Let's Build It! this summer. The library will provide the Legos, Duplos, Magna-Tiles, Lincoln Logs, Big Blue Blocks, Straw Connectors and more. We will have free play and organized team challenges.
All materials must stay at the library, but you are welcome to photograph your creations. Please leave your own Legos and other building toys at home. We don't want you to lose your favorite pieces!
