Adults – we welcome you to join us in the downstairs Meeting Room on Thursday, October 08 at 10:15 AM to the Next Chapter’s presentation in the Lone Star Flight Museum Lecture Series. Gary Watt looks forward to presenting "Made in Texas: 116 Years of Texas Aviation History.” This free event requires no registration.

Each month, library staff with expertise in history will give a talk about different topics in American history to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States of America. This month, celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by learning all about Mexican Americans' efforts to secure civil rights, equality, and justice.
