Adults who are learning English are invited to come to E.S.L. Cafe each month at Kingwood Library!
At E.S.L. Cafe, we play tabletop games (board games, card games, and conversation games) in English. Join us for a welcoming, supportive space to practice English and connect with others in your community.
Come when you want and stay as long as you want. All levels are welcome! Coffee and refreshments provided.

Drop in to get hands-on research help and instruction, as well as ask questions about research, DNA or any other genealogy-related topic. Learn about the Chaparral Collection, library databases like Ancestry and Fold3, and explore the FamilySearch Affiliate Library resources available to help you break down brick walls. If possible, bring specific research goals and questions, as well as database logins and family tree information, and let's see what we can accomplish together.

Classes are free and all materials are provided. Pre-registration is required before anyone can attend. Available only on Mondays and Fridays from 10AM to 2PM.

the completed AARP tax packet (available at the library),a driver's license/state ID,social security card, andany relevant tax information/forms.This program is first come, first serve for walk-ins.
This year AARP will also offer appointments. Appointments can be made over the phone or in-person.
