Harris County Public Health will be on-site to provide free Lead Poisoning Testing at the Aldine Library meeting room on the following dates:

Join us for our Cricut orientation!
This orientation session will instruct participants on using the Cricut in the library. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule time to use a Cricut at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a Cricut. Attendees will receive the Cricut and Cricut Explore Air 2 badges in Beanstack upon completion of orientation.
Schedule a one-on-one and receive assistance with common computer tasks, Microsoft Word and Excel, and internet navigation. Whether you’re learning to use your computer, smartphone, or tablet, our knowledgeable staff here to guide you every step of the way. 1-hour appointments are available on Wednesdays at 2 PM and 3 PM. Registration opens one week in advance.
To register for the class, you must take an in-person placement exam.

The Galveston Bay Area Scale Modelers Association (GBASMA) is a chartered member of the International Plastic Modelers Society (IPMS).. Club meetings are held monthly to present each other's current projects, share new modeling techniques, answer modeling questions and promote the hobby. We meet 10 AM to 12:30 PM on the 4th Saturday of each month except for May(meets the week after), November (meets the week before) and December.(no meeting).
