Community Health & Wellness Services provided by Harris County Public Health at the Fairbanks Branch Library.  Come visit the Mobile Dental Clinic for:
First visits include a dental screening.
Follow-up visits may include a dental cleaning or basic treatment.

Adults and Children are welcome

Walk-ins are Welcome

This service is available from 8 am -3 pm each Monday with a lunch from 12-1.

You've never tasted Wontons like this before!  Just like traditional wontons without all the pleating and folding!  Savory pork, shrimp and shiitake mushroom filling is quick and easy to whip up. Need help preparing your taxes? AARP will prepare your taxes for FREE!

Available only on Mondays and Fridays from 10AM to 2PM.

You will need to bring:

  1. the completed AARP tax packet (available at the library),
  2. a driver's license/state ID,
  3. social security card, and
  4. any relevant tax information/forms.

This program is first come, first serve for walk-ins.

This year AARP will also offer appointments. Appointments can be made over the phone or in-person.

Are you ready to learn English? Are you looking for a way to improve your English conversation skills?

Classes are free and all materials are provided. Pre-registration is required before anyone can attend.
