Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Singer Sewing Machine! This orientation session will introduce participants to sewing machine operation. Those who complete the class will be able to request time to use a sewing machine at HCPL branches. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a sewing machine.
Please note that this is not a sewing instruction class. Participants will learn basic machine operation only.
This orientation session will introduce participants to laser cutter services within the Harris County Public Library system. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule a time to use a laser cutter at HCPL maker locations. This class is appropriate for patrons ages 12 and up. Get Creative with Cricut! This orientation session will introduce participants to Cricut machine capabilities, operation, and use. Completion of this orientation session is mandatory before patrons can schedule time to use the Cricut at Harris County Public Library.
