Join us for our weekly after school STEAM club, and help us continue our cat themed month with a Cardboard Cat yarn art project!

"Off the Hook" is a fiber arts-based program where kids will use different elements, such as yarn or fabric, and different techniques, such as crochet or sewing, to complete an art project.

*Recommended for children ages 5-11, younger siblings are welcome with a parent or guardian.

The Baldwin Boettcher Branch Library hosts English classes for adults ages 18+ who are interested in learning to speak the English language or improve their English-speaking skills. We teach basic English grammar subjects and words that relate to basic life skills. The students have the opportunity to practice speaking the English language with other students.

Join us for a free class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. You must complete an English placement assessment to join the class. Taking this class will not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.

Classical Sing Move Play classes provide an introduction to melody, rhythm, instrument play time, and movement with music from famous operas and classical symphonies to folk songs.

The Music of Mexico class, led by opera singers Alisa and Alejandro Magallón, will explore some of the most well known tunes from traditional Mexican music and nursery songs.

Recommended for ages 2-5. Children of all ages are welcome.

Word Crafters is a writing group that meets every Wednesday at 4 pm in the conference room of Baldwin Boettcher Library. No registration is necessary.

We do prompts share, discuss, and encourage.

Being Creative and crafty can be very therapeutic, and with all the stress in the world these days, we can use all the crafting therapy we can get!

Spin-a-Yarn is a crafting group that meets every Wednesday at 11 am in the study room of the Baldwin Boettcher Library. If you like to craft or create in any way, come join us with your own creative project for crafting and chatting fun!

Go Green Crafts meet once a month to repurpose different things to go green all year long!
Join us in the Baldwin Boettcher Library Conference Room to repurpose Keurig boxes into creative bookmarks. Registration is required but all supplies are provided. Ages 19 & up.
