Toddler-Time for Walkers & Non-talkers/Babblers This Storytime focuses on the developmental needs for "Toddlers," specifically children who are walkers AND non-talkers or babblers.

So, seats and attendance for this Storytime give priority to "toddlers, who are walkers & non-talkers.

Apply to be a volunteer at the library this summer, and help support the community for Summer Reading Program at the HCPL-West U. Branch Library! Overview Swing by the library and pick up a volunteer application packet to volunteer and earn service hours this summer.  Applications
