This orientation session will introduce participants to 3D printing services within the Harris County Public Library system. Those completing the class will then be able to schedule a time to use a 3D printer at HCPL locations, during which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Attendees will receive 3D Printer and Lulzbot Mini 2 (machine) badges in Beanstack upon completion of orientation.

Sew like a pioneer! Join us for a workshop where you will learn the foundational stitches and background of crazy quilting so that you can create your own crazy quilt block! All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies will be provided. This program is for adults only. Children will not be allowed to participate in the program. Like plants? Want to relax and do some painting? Join us as we paint a dinosaur planter and add a beautiful succulent to it for our Summer Reading dinosaur themed program.

This program is for teens and adults.
