Join other adults on the third Monday of the month to talk about an unsolved crime or unexplained phenomena! We will cover a different topic each month ranging from true crime, to unsolved disasters, and unexplained paranormal creatures or events. In May, come ready to share your best theory about the deaths in Houston's bayous.

Join with other toddlers and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Toddler Time uses age appropriate stories, songs and finger plays to engage toddlers and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards toddlers ages 18 months through 3 years.

Tickets are required and will be handed out at the Children's Desk starting 30 minutes prior. Children must have a ticket to attend Toddler Time.

Join with other babies and parents/caregivers for weekly story time fun! Tiny Tots uses songs, age appropriate stories, and playtime to engage both babies and their parents/caregivers. This story time is geared towards walkers through 18 months.

Traveling with young kids CAN be fun! Families with children age birth to 5 join us for travel tips from local travel experts Alison and Susan of Be Our Guest Travel Company. There will be fun activities for the kids and helpful information for parents/caregivers to help your family adventures run on cruise control! 

This program is for children ages 0-5 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance.

Join us on the first and third Thursdays of the month at Inklings, our teen creative writing club. Bring your writing to share and get feedback from other teens. Any kind of writing is welcome, from short stories to fanfiction, poetry to novels! This program is open to ages 12-17, 18 if in high school.

Come watch a movie in the teen space and eat delicious snacks! Movie rotates monthly; May's movie is Crazy Rich Asians (rating: PG-13) to celebrate Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Popcorn and drinks will be provided. This program is open to ages 12-17, 18 if in high school.

Join us in the teen space to work on arts and crafts and explore your creativity, while you help us make the library a safe place for queer teens in our community! This program is open to ages 12-17, 18 if in high school.
