Pick up your ticket at the front desk. Tickets are free and available at 4pm, 30 minutes before the program starts. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan accordingly. You must be here in person to redeem a ticket.
Toddlers
Tales for Tots is a hands-on early literacy program for toddlers aged 24 months to 3 years, focusing on parent-child interactions. Each week is packed with fun as we sing, talk, read, and play, our way through exciting stories, catchy songs, wiggle-worthy movement, creative crafts, and more. A fun and engaging way to develop early literacy skills while making new friends!

Join other toddlers and their parents or caregivers for weekly Toddler Time Storytime every Thursday at 10:15 a.m. or 11:15 a.m. Each session features age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays designed to encourage early literacy, movement, and fun interaction.
This program is specially geared for toddlers ages 18–35 months and their caregivers. No ticket required—just drop in and join the fun!
Join us for singing, dancing, moving, and listening to fun stories! Babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and kids are all welcome.
Toddler-Time for Walkers & Non-talkers/Babblers This Storytime focuses on the developmental needs for "Toddlers," specifically children who are walkers AND non-talkers or babblers.
So, seats and attendance for this Storytime give priority to "toddlers, who are walkers & non-talkers.

Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

Join us on Tuesdays at 10:30 am for Baby Story Time! This 30-minute Story Time program is designed for babies from birth to 18 months old. We share books, songs, rhymes, music, bubbles, and toys! We also learn some early literacy tips and activities. It’s a great way to meet other caregivers and to give your baby a chance to socialize.
Siblings are always welcome.
This program is held in our library meeting room.

You will also get to learn standard musical terms and their definitions like melody, bass, and tempo. Enjoy an interactive experience with games and live examples utilizing mariachi music.
