Are you in 7th–12th grade and looking for a fun, meaningful way to earn volunteer hours and make a difference? Become a Big Buddy at Galena Park Branch Library!
As a Big Buddy, you’ll be paired with a child in kindergarten through 3rd grade (a Little Buddy) for 10 weeks of shared reading and mentorship. It’s a great way to build leadership skills, obtain service hours, and inspire a love of reading in a younger student.
