Participants will practice gentle movement and simple meditation techniques aimed at increasing physical ease and mental clarity. The program will be adapted to the ability levels of those who register, and no prior yoga experience is required.

Classes are free and all materials are provided. Pre-registration is required before anyone can attend. To register for class, fill out the registration form, email or call the branch. Our Literacy Coordinator will help determine the right class for you and check to see if there are any open spaces available.
This beginner friendly lesson will introduce participants to cross-stitching, which is a form of counted-thread embroidery using X-shaped stitches to create a pattern.
