What we offer:
Watercolor for “Young at heART” adults meets every Tuesday morning to enjoy watercolor painting while commiserating with fellow artists! This friendly and social group is open to all adults and to all levels of art experience, including those who have never painted with watercolor at all. Sometimes the group works on individual projects and sometimes there is an art education period. Sometimes you will learn something new and sometimes you can teach something to others. Join in for a morning of beautiful art and fun conversation!
Join us for a 6 week Summer Writing class hosted by former Houston Poet Laureate Lupe Mendez. You will be guided through writing exercises and discussions regarding how to write a memoir. Make friends, write, and enjoy learning how to share your story. This is an Adult program.

Container gardening is a method of growing plants in pots, buckets, or other containers instead of planting directly in the ground. It is especially useful for people with limited space, poor soil conditions, or those living in urban environments. This approach allows individuals to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers on patios, balconies, or small yards while maintaining control over soil quality, watering, and plant placement.
