Play and Learn with Me: Family Place Workshop is an early literacy program that highlights learning through play. During this five-week workshop, parents/caregivers and their toddlers ages 1-3 years, will have the opportunity to participate in play-based learning. Each week of the workshop will also feature a resource professional to answer questions on topics including literacy, child development, music and movement, nutrition, and speech and language development.

The Next Chapter Classics Feature Film Series continues Thursday, April 30 at 10:15 AM in our upstairs Innovation Lab Room. We look forward to showing Hamnet, the 2025 Academy Award Nominee based on the novel of the same name by Maggie O'Farrell where Agnes Shakespeare – the wife of the world's most famous writer – struggles to come to terms with the loss of her only son, Hamnet. This film stars Jessie Buckley, Paul Mescal, Zac Wishart, James Lintern, and Joe Alwyn. Rated PG-13, Hamnet lasts 2 hours, 5 minutes.
