Join us for a cozy and fun Family Storytime at the Maud Smith Marks library! Bring the whole family and settle in for a delightful session of stories, songs, and interactive activities perfect for all ages. Join us for awesome, themed breakout rooms --if you dare! Use your wits to solve the puzzles and escape the room! Puzzles are suited for ages 12 and up.
Promotes early literacy skills. The program features reading, singing, talking, writing and playing. We will help give you the resources you need to expand your child’s skills, preparing them to read. Recommended for children ages 2-5 years, it features age appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays. Story time is an excellent way to bond with your child, boost their vocabulary, and hopefully raise a lifelong reader. Studies have shown that regularly reading to your child can increase their attention span, boost their emotional intelligence, and flex their imagination.

Do you like Pokemon as much as we do? Do you want a pikachu, eevee, or Mimiku of your very own? Come create it out of Perler beads!
Are you ready to learn English? Are you looking for a way to improve your English conversation skills?
Classes are free and all materials are provided. Pre-registration is required before anyone can attend. Our Literacy Coordinator will help determine the right class for you and check to see if there are any open spaces available.
