This Instructor-led session provides holistic healing and wide ranging health benefits including stress, anxiety and depression relief. This is a meditation program. No mat is needed for this event.

Join us for a special Hispanic Heritage Month "Pour Your Art Out" craft time!  We'll be making Mexican Tree Bark Artwork.  Our "Pour Your Art Out" after school art time is free to attend and all materials will be provided. Art projects are age-appropriate for elementary school age children and their caregivers.

Sorry we cannot accommodate Daycare groups for this program.
