🎉 Wee Wednesdays Storytime is a weekly celebration of stories, songs, and silliness designed just for preschoolers ages 2–6! Every Wednesday, join us for a joyful journey through picture books, playful rhymes, and interactive fun that helps little ones build early literacy skills while making new friends. 📚✨
Join us for a free class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. You must complete an English placement assessment to join the class. Taking this class will not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.
Join us for a 'Pirate' themed story time!
"Turn the Page" is a weekly story time filled with stories, songs, movement, interactive elements, and sensory play to further develop your child's literary, cognitive, and social skills.
*Recommended for children ages 3-5 and their caregivers.
Join us at the Barbara Bush Branch Library for a fun new program. Ms. Maryam will bring families together to play games, make crafts, and channel that Friday night family vibe here at the library!
This event is for all family shapes and sizes. Tickets are available at the Children's desk 15 minutes before the start of the program. Capacity is limited, so please pick up a ticket before entering.

Swing by the Maker Space on Wednesdays between 3:00 and 5:00 for a helping hand!
Bring your project and questions and we will use library resources to help!
This program is for crafters of any level who need some help, walk-ins welcome.
Use straws and pipe cleaners to create platonic solids (3D Shapes) and get creative!
Recommended for school-age children ages 5-12. These programs are designed to engage children in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) activities and change on a monthly basis.
Tickets are required for all programs unless otherwise noted. They are free and available starting 30 minutes before the program begins at the Children’s Information Desk. Tickets are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you knit, crochet or do any other form of needlecraft please join us for the Freeman Needlecrafters. While attendees are happy to help others through the difficult parts of a project, this club is not intended as a class for instruction.
STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Join us for a special story time where we read a science themed story, then try hands-on science stations around the room.
Join us at the Crosby Library every Tuesday @ 1pm for crafts, games, movies and more! A fun-filled hang out time.
For tweens ages 9-12, registration not required.
