Are you ready to learn more English? Classes are every Tuesday from 10am-12pm starting September 23rd and ending December 9th (no classes on Nov 4 due to Election Day).

This class is for previously registered applicants on our current waitlist. Our next registration will be Nov 10 and Nov 13 at 11:30 am and Nov 17 and 20 at 1 pm.

Join us for our weekly after school STEAM club, and help us kick-off our mythical creature themed month with an Enchanted Forest Lego Challenge!

"Raise the Roof" is an engineering-based program where kids will use different elements such as Lego bricks, paper, found objects, etc. to complete a building challenge.

*Recommended for children ages 5-11, younger siblings are welcome with a parent or guardian.

Developed by the Arthritis Foundation, this program has been proven to help people with arthritis engage in walking, stretching, and strengthening exercises to reduce pain, increase balance and strength, and build confidence in their ability to be physically active. 

This program is available for people 60 years of age and older with arthritis.

Go Green Crafts meet once a month to repurpose different things to go green all year long!
Join us in the Baldwin Boettcher Library Conference Room to repurpose glass jars into Autumn & Halloween inspired docor. Registration is required but all supplies are provided. Ages 18 & up.

Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a Delicious Recipe!

HCPL is teaming up with Oldways Preservation and Exchange Trust to share how traditional Latin American foods can be part of a healthy diet. Join us for a fun and educational cooking class as we explore Latin American culture and sabores.

In this class, Esteban will show you how to make Mayan Pumpkin Dip, a flavorful dish made with pumpkin seeds, jalapeños, fire-roasted tomatoes, lime, garlic, and cilantro. It’s an excellent dip for tortilla chips.
