Often described as 'meditation in motion', Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise that helps to strengthen your muscles and relax your mind.
Tweens will spend one hour each week for four weeks exploring the world of sewing through a variety of fun, hands-on projects. They’ll learn different stitches and patterns while building their skills, confidence, and creative freedom.

Get into the Halloween spirit by making your own Halloween decoration! In this program, participants will be painting and decorating their own haunted birdhouses. Registration is required, limited spots and supplies available

Celebrate spooky season and test your wits at Freeman’s first ever escape room!
Coinciding with this year’s Gulf Coast Reads pick, The Librarians by Sherry Thomas, this escape room is themed around an abandoned library found in a mysterious house left to you through an inheritance.
You’ll have 90 minutes to complete the room with a group maximum of 4 people.
Attendees under the age of 12 must have an adult in their group.
*This event is for adults only* Join us one Monday each month to make a new craft using items and techniques from the Innovation Lab. For this month's project, we will be learning how to make custom sublimated Halloween stickers using the Cricut and Heat Press.

This workshop is a comprehensive, nonpartisan Voter Education and Get Out The Vote (GOTV) campaign designed to educate, empower, and mobilize voters in advance of the November 3, 2026 General Election. Participants will identify issues of concern and research candidates on the ballot and issues they are concerned about for the upcoming election.
