Come to this event to hear local authors talk about their books and get the chance to speak with them about writing, publishing, and promoting their work.

If you are an author interested in attending to promote your writing and network, please contact the Clear Lake City-County Freeman Branch Library at 832-927-5420.

This event will be held in the 1st Floor Meeting Room from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.

Snacks will be provided courtesy of the Friends of Freeman Library

Meet the Spring Firefighters on Monday, August 24th at 3:30pm! They will be at the Baldwin Boettcher Library to talk to the community about fire safety and emergency preparedness, as well as other services they offer.

Join us for Preschool Story Time each Tuesday at 11:30 am where we will listen to stories, sing and dance, and do an occasional craft to explore creativity and also help build fine motor skills each week! Our program will be held in the children’s area of the Fairbanks Branch Library. This program is for children ages 3-6. Siblings are always welcome!

This program is designed to be a fun resource for parents & guardians to connect and play with their children, other families, and the greater Katy community. Professionals from across the Katy area will join us each week to provide insight and resources to help inform and support your growing family.

Join us at the Katy Library for Flower Hour, a preschool story time, from 11:15 am-12 pm. This event will take place on the carpet in the children's section of the library. Come dance, sing, and grow while we read books together!
