How to Attend:
Learn more about the wildlife that comes out at night - more specifically, owls! A ranger will walk kids through an owl pellet dissection where you will learn first-hand the biology behind these magnificent creatures and how they fit into the food web of the forest. Registration is required.
Join us on Monday, July 13, at 4pm for Stage Combat: Dancing with Swords, an interactive children's program presented by iACT Houston. (Ages 8-11) Students will learn to use the traditional positions of fencing to choreograph their own stage combat combination/scene! Students will practice with special safety foam swords.
This is a ticketed program, so please visit the front desk 15 minutes before the class begins. Due to the physical nature of the event, waivers will be required.
Discovery Time with Miss Christine is a fun and engaging story time for the whole family! Each week, we build literacy skills through the five essential practices: playing, singing, talking, reading, and writing.
For: Pre-School & Elementary (ages 3 to 10 years old). Younger siblings may participate with the active support of a parent or caregiver as long as they do not disrupt the program.
