Attention Lego Builders! Join the fun and build this month's challenge: Bridges! How wide and strong can you make your bridge? Can you make a drawbridge?
Learn to make different styles of paper airplanes and see for yourself how design changes the way the airplane will fly! Choose from the Dart, the Stealth, the Bullnose, the Bumble or the Hunter. Make one or make several! Examples and directions for all styles will be available.
Elevate your afterschool snack game with a fun and delicious twist on the classic apple slices and peanut butter! We will teach you to transform your apples into delightful "apple donuts" with creative slicing then adding chocolate peanut butter and sprinkles. For those with nut allergies, sun butter will be available.
Have fun making something new out of old broken crayons! We will make colorful suncatchers using crayon shavings and waxed paper. The crayons that do not get used will be also melted into jumbo crayons suitable for leaf rubbings later. All supplies will be provided, no need to bring in old crayons!
