AARP Tax Aide will once again be available at the Northwest Branch Library. This service will be available Fridays from 1 pm to 5 pm and Saturdays 10 am to 2 pm. Service Begins: Friday, February 6, 2026 – Ends: Wednesday, April 15, 2026. No service on Friday, April 3 or Saturday, April 4 due to the Easter holiday.
The final session will be held on Wednesday, April 15 from 11am - 3pm with the sign up sheet going up at 9:00am.

Please note that this is not a class but people are always available to help you if you need a LITTLE help. If you have never knitted or crocheted, the library offers many books and a few DVDs to learn. You can find many helpful videos on YouTube as well.
Join Future U for Career and Job Readiness preparation. This will be a monthly series helping you navigate marketable career readiness and workforce preparation. This hands-on workshop will provide instruction and assistance in creating or updating resumes, drafting and submitting meaningful cover letters, researching and preparing for interviews or how to assess your talents and interests and how to translate those to a rewarding career. Future U will bring the necessary information to work with you one-on-one to implement the knowledge presented in the presentations.
