Beginners will have a guided tutorial and experienced folks with have a small project to work on. Feel free to bring your own project to work on as well. They will be also other arts and crafts that can be done during this time. This varies per class. Come and join us today!

Learn how to book time with the Kingwood Library’s Mayku Vacuum Former. This orientation session will introduce participants to vacuum forming services in the library, and the basics on how to create your own uniquely-shaped plastic molds. Those who complete the class will then be able to request time to use a vacuum former at HCPL branches, at which time they will complete a short machine-specific orientation at the location of their choice. Attending this orientation is mandatory before patrons can request time to use a vacuum former.
