This Storytime focuses on the developmental needs for "Toddlers," specifically children who are walkers AND non-talkers or babblers.
So, seats and attendance for this Storytime give priority to "toddlers, who are walkers & non-talkers.

This orientation session is intended for teen volunteers and a completed, intact, and ready application packet is required to be admitted to the orientation.
To apply to be a teen volunteer at the HCPL-West University Branch Library, applicants must:
- complete a printed copy of the application packet, ( LINK TO APPLICATION PACKET HERE )
- be between the ages of 15-18, have their guardian’s p
