Our Outdoor Scavenger Hunt is a facilitated outside experience that encompasses the ecosystem located within our library backyard! Join us to explore, investigate, and learn all about our backyard environment and the many living (and non-living!) organisms that exist within it!

It is especially useful for people with limited space, poor soil conditions, or those living in urban environments. This approach allows individuals to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers on patios, balconies, or small yards while maintaining control over soil quality, watering, and plant placement.

Join us once a month to journal our little hearts out! We have a different theme each month and write according to prompts, then join in discussion. It's a great way to learn about different types of journaling, make friends, and just chill out for an hour!
