All the crafts will be available at the Teen/Tween Kickoff! Youth headed to grades 4th –12th come make a button, adopt a dino, bead a bracelet, and more! Random prize drawings available to those who have registered for the Summer Reading Program!

Teens are invited to attend a Glowforge orientation, where they will earn the Laser Cutter badge that they can use to laser items at any available HCPL location, and they'll also get to laser engrave agate slices!

All materials and snacks will be provided. This program is for teens ages 13-18.

Join us at the Parker Williams Library Innovation Lab for our Laser Cutter Orientation!

This orientation session will introduce participants to the laser-cutting services we offer at the library. Those who complete the orientation will then be able to request supervised time to use a laser cutter at any HCPL branch that has one.

Do you want to start a garden, or add to your existing one? Come to our First Annual Plant Sale to shop for a variety of vegetable, herb, and flower plants! Prices start at just $1 and 100% of all raised funds go towards future library programs.
