Gratitude, the state of feeling thankful or appreciative, is a powerful force to cultivate to support our physical and mental health. During this session, we will explore the science behind the practice of gratitude, what gratitude is/is not, what it can look or feel like during difficult times, and daily practices to establish a personal gratitude practice.

Teen Fandom Club
Every 4th Wednesday of the month at 4:30 PM
Whether you're into fantasy, gaming, anime, sci-fi, mystery, or something totally different, this is your space to nerd out without judgment. Each month you and your fellow club members get to vote on a brand-new theme, so the fun never looks the same twice, one month it might be a cozy fantasy, the next could be retro video games. You'll have a say in where the club goes next.
Unwind after school Mondays and Thursdays at the library! Chat with your friends, work on homework, and enjoy your snacks.
This event is open to tween and teens only. No registration is required, but space and supplies may be limited.
