Come out to celebrate the classic Tall Tale of Paul Bunyan and his blue ox, Babe. We will read a story, color pictures, create luxurious beards and even throw mock axes to really get in to the woodsman spirit!
This program is for children ages 5-7 and their parent/caregiver. Registration is required and begins one week in advance. Only the child needs to register.

It explores the origins and history of African percussion and Spirituals from Americans of African descent. Students learn about traditional African drums such as the Djembe, Ashiko, and Dun Dun, as well as the Congolese Tumbadora.
