Join us for a free, 12-week class to help you prepare for your naturalization interview and civics test. An English assessment must be taken for class admittance. Taking this class does not grant citizenship or pay for any application fees. Registration is required as space is limited.

During this session, we will learn about the different types of and causes of insomnia and simple practices that can increase the likelihood of greater quality sleep.
