Seniors 55+ are invited to join the Maud Marks Library’s Timeless Travelers program for a trip to the Blaffer Art Museum. As the gateway between the University of Houston’s Central campus and the City of Houston, Blaffer Art Museum is a catalyst for creative innovation, experimentation, and scholarship. Take a guided tour and enjoy an art-making workshop! The bus will be departing on Tuesday, September 15th.
Registration period is from August 31 - September 5, 2026. You can call or stop by the library anytime during the registration period. You may choose one companion to accompany you on the trip. Once the registration period has ended, if we have more people registered than we can accommodate on the bus, then we will do a random drawing of names. People not chosen in the drawing will be on a waitlist.
Timeless Travelers is a program series promoting educational and cultural enrichment for senior adults. Once a month, we will take free bus trips across southeast Texas to experience the culture and history of this great state. The only requirement is that you are old enough to attend (55+).
