In this program, children will learn about the origin of mariachi, the "King of Mariachi" Vicente Fernández, and what makes mariachi unique as a style of music. This program integrates the concept of identifying patterns in our everyday lives and how it evolves to identifying patterns in music through interactive quizzes with the kids. They will then learn standard musical terms and their definitions like melody, bass, and tempo. These terms will be reinforced with games and live examples utilizing mariachi music that will get them up and moving.

Our programs encourage creativity, problem-solving, teamwork, and imagination while making learning fun for all.

This is an elementary school aged program.

This program is for kids ages 4-12 and their parents. Registration is required and begins online one week prior. Only the child needs to register.
